We build AI agents that handle your email, CRM, reporting and admin — deployed in 48 hours. No new hires. No new software to learn.
Each engagement starts with a discovery call. We map your biggest time drains, then deploy agents to handle them.
We keep the process short. No months-long implementation projects. No bloated discovery phases.
I used to spend two hours every morning on email before I could do any real work. Now the agent reads everything overnight, flags what actually needs me, and has drafts ready. I'm in and out of my inbox in 20 minutes. That time went back to client work.
We were skeptical — we'd tried automation tools before and they always needed constant babysitting. Nuvelo built something that actually runs. Our CRM is updated, leads get follow-ups, and I get a clean report every Monday. No intervention needed from us.
The onboarding took one afternoon. By the next morning there was already a draft report sitting in my inbox that I normally spend three hours preparing myself. The quality was good enough that I sent it with minor edits. That said enough.
We're not adapting a US product for Europe. We built Nuvelo specifically for the regulatory environment, languages, and business culture here.
We started Nuvelo because we were frustrated watching capable people spend hours every day on work a machine could do in seconds. Not because it was flashy, but because it was the most obviously useful thing we could build. We work with a small number of clients at a time, and we stay involved after go-live. If something breaks or stops performing, we fix it. That's the deal.
We hold a 45-minute discovery call on day one, then build the agents overnight. By the morning of day two, we run a test batch against real samples from your workflow and walk you through the output. If you approve, we go live. The 48 hours assumes we have access to your tools — Gmail, your CRM, whatever is relevant — by the end of the discovery call.
Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and most tools with a standard API. If you use something more specialized, let us know in the discovery call — we've connected to ERP systems and custom-built internal tools before. Nothing exotic, just honest scoping upfront.
We process data within EU-based infrastructure by default. We don't store your emails or CRM records — the agents read and act, but don't build a persistent copy of your data on our side. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every client, and we can walk you through the architecture before any work begins if your legal team needs it.
We build in a review layer by default. For email drafts, agents write and queue — you approve before anything sends. For CRM updates, agents log suggested changes that you can confirm in bulk. The level of automation versus human review is a dial we calibrate together based on your risk tolerance. You can start with full review and loosen it as trust builds.
No. The monthly maintenance fee covers all the technical upkeep — model updates, integration changes, edge-case handling. Most of our clients have no technical staff at all. You tell us when something isn't working the way you want, and we fix it. That's the maintenance relationship.
Yes. The maintenance retainer is month-to-month with 30 days notice. If you cancel, we hand over full documentation and credentials so you're never locked in. The setup fee covers the build — that work is yours regardless of whether you continue the maintenance relationship.
The discovery call is 45 minutes. We'll tell you honestly what's worth automating and what isn't. No pitch, no deck — just a direct conversation about your workflows.
